Sport after baby, when and how?

Motherhood, this is a great happiness and most of the time, we cash the pounds of pregnancy, stretch marks, Cesarean section and without flinching company because at the key there is that baby and that, it does not have a price ! If you tend to have dry skin, avoid hard water and use soap with neutral PH. Moisturize your body with a vegetable oil or an oily moisturizing cream.
If your skin is rather oily, avoid the bathroom too long and the use of acids, prefer washing gels without soap.
Finally, avoid smoking environment.

Your face

Do not hesitate to buy sprays to soothe your skin attacks. Take a mild cleanser and a good moisturizer.
